By visiting our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications, and prices.

Colors and product appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, materials, production batches, and manufacturing tolerances.

Product descriptions, specifications, availability, and prices may be changed without notice. We may discontinue a product or limit the quantity available for purchase.

Customers are responsible for checking product dimensions, installation requirements, fuel compatibility, ventilation requirements, local regulations, and intended use before ordering.

  1. CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Some products are manufactured or modified according to the customer’s requested size, finish, configuration, or other specifications.

You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all drawings, dimensions, specifications, finishes, and order details before production begins.

Custom-made and made-to-order products cannot be returned because of a change of mind, sizing preference, or an incorrect specification supplied or approved by the customer.

  1. FIREPLACE AND STOVE SAFETY

Our fireplaces, burners, wood stoves, fire pits, and related products may involve real flames, combustible fuel, smoke, hot surfaces, or high temperatures.

Improper installation, operation, refueling, ventilation, or maintenance may cause fire, burns, carbon monoxide exposure, serious injury, death, or property damage.

Before installation or use, you must:

• Read and follow all product manuals and safety instructions.

• Comply with applicable building, fire, ventilation, and installation regulations.

• Use the product only with the approved fuel or combustible material.

• Maintain all required clearances from walls, furniture, tents, fabrics, fuel, and other combustible materials.

• Keep children, pets, and unauthorized users away from the product.

• Never leave an operating fire unattended.

• Never add fuel to a burning or hot appliance.

• Arrange professional installation where required by the product instructions or local law.

You are responsible for determining whether the product is suitable and lawful for your intended location and use.

  1. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after we confirm it and successfully verify payment.

We may refuse or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, inaccurate customer information, legal restrictions, or other reasonable operational concerns.

If we cancel a paid order before shipment, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once production or shipping has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

  1. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website.

Unless expressly stated at checkout, product prices do not include destination-country customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, customs brokerage charges, or similar government fees.

The customer is responsible for applicable destination-country duties and taxes unless those charges were collected at checkout.

Payment must be successfully verified before an order is processed or production begins.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping charges and available delivery methods are shown at checkout where available.

In-stock products are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment verification.

Custom and made-to-order products are normally dispatched within 10–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, port congestion, weather, public holidays, peak-season demand, carrier delays, and local delivery conditions may affect delivery.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number, and any information required for customs clearance or local delivery.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are accepted only for items damaged in transit or with a confirmed manufacturing defect, within 30 days of delivery.

Change-of-mind, sizing preference, and custom-made items are not returnable.

Email info@sxfireplace.store before sending any return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, logistics, and other service providers.

Where legally permitted, unresolved disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Jiangsu Province, China.
