SXFireplace - Terms of Service

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By using SXFireplace, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products, as they involve open flames and flammable fuel.

2. PRODUCTS & SAFETY WARNING (IMPORTANT)

• Real Flame Hazard: Our bioethanol fireplaces use real flames and highly flammable fuel. Misuse can cause fire, injury, or death.

• Your Responsibility: You must strictly follow all installation and safety manuals. You are solely responsible for safe installation, fueling, and keeping the product away from children, pets, and combustible materials.

• Assumption of Risk: By purchasing, you voluntarily assume all risks related to the use, installation, and refueling of our products.

3. ORDERS & PRICING We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices do not include local taxes, shipping, or customs duties unless stated otherwise. If we make a typographical error in pricing (e.g., mispricing a product), we reserve the right to cancel the order before shipping.

4. SHIPPING & REVENUE LOSS Delivery times are estimates. Once the product is transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, SXFireplace and Shopify shall not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, burns, or losses resulting from the use, installation, or misuse of our products.

6. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of Jiangsu Province, China. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts located therein.
