Returns are accepted only for items damaged in transit or with a confirmed manufacturing defect, within 30 days of delivery.

Change-of-mind, sizing preference, and custom-made items are not returnable.

Email info@sxfireplace.store before sending any return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

Return Eligibility and Evidence

The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please provide the order number, photographs or video showing the damage or defect, and photographs of the outer packaging where relevant. We may request additional information to confirm a manufacturing defect or transit damage.

Return Authorization

Do not send an item back until we have issued written return authorization and return instructions. Shipping costs and arrangements for an approved claim will be confirmed in writing before return.

Refund Processing

After the approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
